Bought it a couple of months ago. Was hooping it would grow on me but it hasn't yet and I use it every day.

I wanted a new helmet because the vents were starting to rattle and after 4 years of every day use it was showing it's age.

The IS-33 I bought was very tight. It's loosened up a little but still tighter than I'd like. I even had to go up two sizes from my old HJC. The sun shade is kinda nifty but it's not dark enough and doesn't come down far enough on the sides. Works good over a pair of sun glasses. The thing that drives me nuts is that the vents rattle already. Not 100% sure if it's the vents, the vent levers, or the sun shade button but when I block the wind with my hand, the rattle stops. Take my hand down it starts again. Worse some days than other but the rattle gets annoying. Wish they still made my old helmet.

I'll live with it for a few years only because I want to get my moneys worth out of it.

I am looking for a lightweight helmet for when I take trips
I have a shell for in town riding, but wanted something more for the highway and trips.

 

If you want something light weight check out the carbon fiber helmets. But you better be ready to lay down some coins.

 

I have this helmet. It was a bit tight when I bought it, but after a long weekend ride, it did loosen up a bit.. I bought this helmet to add the intercom headset in it and it fits nicely. There are different shade's available depending on how dark you want the shade feature.. I prefer to wear a half helmet, but when on a long trip and I want to listen to the stereo system or the wife ( seldom ) hahaha, it seems to be a good helmet..
