I'm pretty sure that the only difference is the ABS wheels, have magnetic bearings, to make the ABS work. I can't imagine that the bearings would make a difference on a Non-ABS bike.
23" wheels, REALLY ??? I bought a 21" rim when I first bought my wheels. The owner of HOGPRO tried to talk me out of it, but I had to have it. Two months later, I returned to his shop, paid another $600 and bought an 18". I hated the way my bike handled with the 21" wheel, I can't imagine a 23". NOT hating, just didn't like the ride..... looks cool though
