What tread depth does a new dunlop start with?
My rear is at 4/32 after 6000 miles. Going on a 2000 mile trip first of June. Was wondering how much it's worn over those 6000 and if I should replace before going.

Dunlop site says 9/32 for the rear.

You've got 2/32 safe usable tread left, and I assume you're going to be riding some between now and your trip. Better replace it before you leave on the trip.

I believe your 2007 has a MU85B16 rear tire. It's full tread depth is 11/32. The MT90B16 front tire full tread depth is 5/32.
