Default kuryakyn crankcase breather

Hi, hope you can help. I have a 2001 Road King with fuel injection. Two questions...
1. Am I right in saying my bike does not have the delphi system but has a year specific
marelli system?
2. The previous owner did some mods including changing air cleaner and installing the "chrome tube type breather" that connects both heads then feeds via a hose into the air cleaner. Yeah, you probably guessed it, I'm gettin oil drippin out of the air cleaner after a highway ride. Anyhow, the question is Kuryakyn makes a nice chrome piece that connects both heads but has an outlet at the top so nothin comes out (in theory). They only list it as fitting the CV carb model though. Anybody know if this would work for me/ or why not?
