It's $14 now. That's the look I want, 3 black gauges and 1 white one.

Default Put a Cooler On

The oil coolers work. I had one on my '07 Dyna and now on my '09 Road King. I think the Jaggs are better, but the 10 row low mount for the '09 Touring models does not look good. It needs some re-design and is not what is pictured on their web site. I'm sure it would work well however. The weak spot on the HD's is the adaptor. The Jagg is made much better and supposedly allows for better flow and a better flow pattern (through the filter first). I used a Jagg adaptor with the HD touring cooler kit. The formed hoses with the HD worked well with the Jagg adaptor. The whole thing looks and works great. With Mobil 1 V-Twin syn oil and this cooler set up, I'm running at least 25 degrees cooler out here in sunny Tucson.

With all the money we spend on eye candy for these bikes, I'd put the cooler as number 1 on the list, especially if you ride in temps above 80 degrees. The new bikes are furnaces with typical oil temps of 245 degrees. They should be delivered from the factory with coolers. The Screaming Eagles are delivered with Syn oil and coolers; that tells you something.

From the Jagg site ...

The in-line mounting orientation insures that the cooler takes up as little space as possible while the unique airfoil creates a low pressure zone, drawing air "inside-out" through the oil cooler.

Wouldn't go without one. They work great and the 15-20* drop is worth every penny for the long run.

Can you do the vertical mount with lowers? (08 Ultra) I think you are asking for trouble mounting the cooler where the stock HD cooler goes.

I had the Harley oil cooler on my 08 Ultra Classic w/103 build and was not satisfied, so I switched to a JAGG 10 row oil cooler. The JAGG keeps temps between 210 and 220
