We all know what the right thing to do in this situation is. That includes me. Sorry man, can't just flash the badge when I want (even though I would like to once in a while), nor would I want that kind of attention.
Would it be wrong of you to identify yourself as an officer and then remind him that the next guy he flips off for no reason might not be as controlled and reasonable as you are?
And maybe an "If I were on duty, I'd be writing you three or four tickets right now for riding like an a$$hole..."
Harely riders beware of the notorius 1% Moped Riders. They are tough as nails and not to be messed with. Besides flipping people off, they have been known to call people mean names and have even resorted to messing up people's hair when things really get ugly!

They're easy to spot around here TDA. They're the ones who wear the fingers that have been cut off of gloves and black leather bikini shorts.
When people flip me off I smile and wave like I think I know them or something so they think I didn't get the message. It easier than getting shot or stabbed.

Same thing hapened to me while I was in a cage years ago and the lead car turned into a driveway. The moped T-boned the car and flew about 30 feet into the middle of the yard. Quite funny once we realized he was not seriously injured. Passing on the right is very dangerous!
I have followed a few idiots home in the past. Turn my bike off, sit there, across the street from their house and have a smoke, watching their house. They all come to the windows and look. None have ever come out to ask me why I followed them home. I never get off my bike, I just sit there and look at their house. When my smoke is done, I start up and leave. I don't do anything else, I never return, I don't do any burnouts in front of their house or anything like that. I just make sure they see me, sitting there, looking Plus I get a kick out of scaring the hell out of them. A little payback for cutting me off or damn near ran me off the road. I know, someday someone is going to come out with gun and shoot me! Oh my! And someday one these ******** might kill me with their car while they are talking ont he cell phone. Either way, I can't control it. So I might as well have some fun while I'm still here.
