Bagger vs Dresser
#52
...and most of the guys I know that call them "dressers" are north of 60. They've always been "baggers" to me, and I'm no spring chicken at 45.
In the '70s and '80s when I was growing up, you didn't see a lot of them, and sometimes referred to "full dresser", and a guy wearing a leather jacket, chaps, gloves and boots was referred do as wearing "full dress leathers".
Don't hear much of that any more

I didn't see road sofa on the list. I love mine, wish I would of made the move ALOT sooner than I did. Bigdawg, that bike is kewl as hell, reminds me of an Afghan jingle truck, lol. Some of those suckers are decked to the max.

...... mine has a RoadSofa !
..... when i was in college, the few who rode touring bikes (fairings, lowers, etc) , we referred to as 'fully dressed'
.... i call mine a bagger cuz it's easy, though it's as fully dressed as any from back in the day
...... it however is not 'formally dressed' as it has no CB, tour pak speakers, kitchen sink or cappuccino machine.... aka the Ultra & LTD lines
