Check out Cruz Tools for H-D. They have a decent emergency road side set for about $100. You can try a search here too, there have been several threads about tool kits. I only carry my kit on long trips due to weight and limited room in my saddle bags.

I took and old windshield bag from a Softail and converted it into a tool kit using tools from my home tool box. Isn't hard to figure out what to take, if you wrench at all, you can come up with a basic set for easy repairs

Don't forget to add zip ties, electrical tape, knife, couple feet of wire, etc. You can almost fix anything with zip ties, tape, and bailing wire. lol

I carry the toolset that came with the Ultra and a home made set carried in a double ziplock bag wrapped in clean rags.

The home made set pretty much has everything needed for roadside type repairs (+ a little bit more).

socket type allens
socket type torx
1/4 + 3/8 socket wrench / extensions, universals
1/4, 3/8, 1/2 adapters
folding allen set
12 pt sockets for brakes
crowfoot and socket for exhaust manifold
spark plug socket / spare plugs
36mm socket (rear axle)
small strap wrench
channel locks
5' 12 ga solid wire (tie things up)
5' 14 ga stranded wire
butt splices
Zip ties & elec. tape
cheap multimeter (only need to test 12volts and continuity)
Other odd tools needed often when working on bike

It lives in the bottom of the saddle bag and because it's in ziplock bags it stays pretty flat and the rags wrapped around it keep me from hearing the rattles.

I think this toolkit may be the single best investment I have made for the bike. It comes in very handy when anything needs tightening, loosening or adjusting. All the appropriate wrenches, allen wrenches, etc. for my Roak King.
