OK,
My scoot gets pretty "dusty" after a day ride. Won't need a wash or shine, it just gets that thin film of light dirt everywhere that makes it look like $hit.
Used to wipe that crap off with a feather duster or a rag.
Now I'm using the Swiffer.
In under two minutes, the dust in gone - top to bottom / front to back.
And it keeps that "wet wax shine". This thing is awesome.
Over the past few weeks since using Swiffer, I've gotten more comments on the looks of my scoot than the last five years combined - no kidding
Go figure. Just thought I'd pass the tip it along - kinda "girlie" but it does the job well

I just got thru trying it out after reading this post. Works great and I like it better than my mini California Duster because it fits in smaller places like between the saddle badges and fenders. And it is disposable instead of worrying about the dirt in the California Duster.

First everyone says try Pledge. Now the Swiffer. What next? Fabric softner to make the seat better? Plug in Air Freshener so you won't smell the road-kill? Hand creme to make the grips feel better? I don't know, maybe I'll go try everything the wife uses and then see what works. Any other ideas out there? Can you tell it's raining today?
