Default bassani mufflers

i have a set of bassani scalloped cut mufflers and want to shorten the baffles down so if anyone has a set of baffles your not using please let me know... i just don't want to screw up my only set...i just want to make them a lil louder cause they don't sound right completely removed...thanks

What size you running now? 2 or 2.5

Gonna save you some time. I did everything it sound like your going to end up doing. I removed the fiberglass off the baffles first and stuck em back in there. Still wasn't what I was looking for and then I left the baffles out and installed the Big City Thunder baffle in the head pipe and holy crapp!! That was what I was looking for. I have a sound clip for ya! Hope this helps...

yup thats what i did too removed all the fiberglass... still not quite loud enuff.. but sounds terrible without any baffles ... i just thought maybe i could cut the baffles down to about half if that would get me the right sound... but after hearing you bike i may just have to do what you did thanx

hey workd4it that sounds really good ... do you have any sound clips of your bike when you crack into the throttle???

Thanks fellas! Those BCT baffles really make em scream now! I'll try and get the boss out tomorrow for a little noise makin vid
