First I need to thank all of you here on the forum that have helped me so much with information especially with the handle bar selection.
Well this is my first Harley and I thought it was perfect just 10 short months ago but like everything else I own I cannot leave well enough alone. I'm got 1800 horsepower in my boat, the Jeep has a six inch lift, 37 inch tires and a built V8 so of course I cannot leave the FLHX alone.
The great thing is my wife loves this stuff and supports me 100% and she is thrilled with the way the Street Glide turned out.

I found a stock Harley Pearl White paint set off a new bike and Clayton did a very cool design for me and added the PPG "Oh-So-Orange", silver trim and the shadows.
The wife and I rode the bike about an hour after we picked it up and it is stupid crazy how much attention this bike attracks. Every where we stop people gather around it.
I hope to enter it in a local bike show this weekend and see how it does.

... You did a good job and you have a beautiful scoot there.. That reminds me Ive got work to do.. were riding after the wife gets home today ...

I would say it is at least 10 times better than stock. I like to play it when I'm working on the bike or cleaning it and last night I walked out of the shop and could hear it crystal clear. I was playing a CD in the unit. It was definitely money well spent.
Now I just have to get a good antenna. The Harley shop sold me this unit I have pictured and told me it was good. NOT
That is the worst antenna I have ever seen.

Many thanks to Kenny & Jamie at Clemmons Cycles who did the chrome front end, the billet wheel and rotors and changed out the complete paint set for me. They also installed the ARC amp and speakers I bought here from Firecap.

We had a few beers at Sherry's, a couple blocks from Clemmons Cycles.
We also visited Curly's HD. Nice dealership.
