Default FLHTCUI stereo question

I removed the trunk and speaker boxes from my 00' Ultra. Now it seems like the front speakers distort right away with poor sound. I just ordered the Hogtune replacements. Do I have to wire 8 ohm resistors into the rear speaker wires to simulate rear speakers?

NO!

Dont do that please!!!!! I bet one of the rear speaker wires you removed is either shorting to ground, or shorting to its mate speaker wire--please double check

Call me with questions--Later eh--PEZ www.hogtunes.com
