don't care for cats myself. had a wild one at my lake house that lived under the house. it finally got friendly enough to come out and rub on our legs...told my wife we could keep it because they keep rodents away or eat them and keep snakes at bay...i hate snakes and they don't like me either (but only outside), feed it just enough so it didn't get lazy and have it spayed.... well that night while rubbing on my legs the dang thing went crazy on me. having kids around I couldn't have that.
I can tell you that a 32 round will go through a cat, go into the ground 6" and hit dead center on a 3/4" pvc water pipe that you didn't know was there and it will shoot up through a porch like a geizer! (of course at 11pm). needless to say had to take porch boards off, put in a slip joint....and to think I was actually gonna keep that cat over my better judgement!

It's sad that there is such a low regard for life. Don't like Cats? OK then don't own one and by the sounds of this I hope some of you aren't parents either... I myself have more respect for all creatures that God placed on this earth. An accident is an accident but for every creature you harm intentionally, you will pay a price at some time. Good luck!

hell, if I was trying to make it as a stand up comic I'd have no material...here I am a regular Joe and have some funny stuff to talk about and no money to make! LOL!
I guess if I wouldn't have killed the cat, she could have kept the snake away from my house and then I'd have no story to tell! (and plus, I wouldn't have had to listen to my wife all night about shooting the damn water pipe....now if I aimed for that water pipe no way in hell would I have hit it!!!!!!!)....plus my girls were up for the weekend, I went and woke them up. told them to go to bathroom cause I was shutting water off.....of course after someone flused someone (not me) had to do more than pee....so it's Mike walking down to lake with 5 gallon bucket to get water to pour in toilet tank at 6am to flush cause Home Cheapo wasn't open yet to get slip joint!!!!!!

You Guys break my heart as I'm a Cat lover when they are friendly, talkative and give lots of unconditional love. I certainly can understand it's the cat's fault for running into your riding path. Guess I'll have to stay away from this thread cuz it makes me sick to read that folks hate cats.

Ive always had cats and I do like em but we have one now that all the sumbitch does is eat and puke all over? It aint loosing any weight so its not gonna die ?.. The wife wont let me take it for a walk?... I was hoping the new hand me down wiener dog would kill the bastard but nope no luck its a toy to her
