Default Tour pack turn signals?

Anybody here running the Ride Time turn signal conversion for the Ultra Tour Pack? Was it an easy conversion?

This has been discussed several times already. I should have searched before posting. I will retract the question.

I'll comment anyway ...

I am running both, the side LED's and Rear LED's from RideTimeTechnology.com. Keith is a real nice guy and his products are top notch. I am running all of it through my Badlands Illuminator.

I now have running, stop, and turn on my tour pak. Fairly easy to do if you have the 'HD turn signal converter'....part # 69461-06A.

Once this converter is installed, locate the 'purple' wire for the left, 'brown' wire for the right, and solder 2 wires into the loom. I then ran the 2 wires into and thru the Tour Pak harness to the trunk. Inside the trunk, locate the brake light wires (red for left, red/white for right), clip and solder the new wires....and you'll have both brake light and turn signals.

I left a small 'loop' at the tour pak harness to install a 'quick disconnect' plug @ a later date.

Well it's sort of easy......kinda.....
I just installed the FlashR setup on my 09 Ultra and it works really slick.

I even ran a purple wire and a brown wire for the signals.
This makes it a bit easier.

The neat thing about this , is that the color codes are proper and labeled clearly , which makes the FlashR setup pretty easy.
There is a conduit from the tourpack left front corner , which the wires run to the main harness.
I pulled the 2 new wires through this conduit , slitted the conduit near the battery , and over to the qc adapter.
This way none of the bikes wiring has been altered and all items are plug in to connect or disconnect.
I also installed the badlands illuminator , which also plugs in to go with the Glide Lights.

I've had some great input (from behind) and this setup looks and works really slick.
Very satisfied with the RideTime products.

It looks like ridetime has removed the tour pack turn signal conversion? What's up with that? They used to sell a conversion kit.
