Well I went out and bought the parts. Came home, removed the endcaps and baffle set screws. Could not slide the baffles out. [:@] Searched awhile for something holding it up and then gave up. If anyone figured this out, let me know. Screens costs $1.89 each at Home Depot.

Will the baffles move at all?? Did you try to spray some WD-40 on them? And did you also try running the motor a little bit to warm things up?? Seems like when I pulled the ones on my metic bike, I warmed the pipes up in order to get them out, plus I remember spraying some WD-40 in the end too.

I did spray brake cleaner in it but not WD-40. They wouldn't budge even with a visegrip on them. Might try heating them up.
