Default Oil cooler and Oil Pressure

quick question. I installed an oilcooler {HD} on mu 07 Ultra. My question is .. I get a slow read to 32 on the pressure dial. If I recall correctly I used to get a higher reading on start up.. Normal or is the oil cooler casuing this new reading. and by the way its steady and no leaks
thanks and Happy Easter

Did you make sure you are are the correct oil fill level after installing the cooler?

Yes, done while I drained the oil, refilled and checked... runs like a top.. just curious as to the PSI not going over as usual or I thought usual. 32 is normal for riding so its not a bad thing. could be 10 ;-)]

If your oil level is correct, you shouldn't see any difference. The HD cooler has a thermostat that doesn't send any oil through the cooler until it reaches operating temperature
