Default Leaning Towards C&C Seat - Opinions Needed

Hey Gang,

I'm thinking about getting a leather stitched Solo seat from C&C. I'm leaning towards one with the removable backrest (might add a pillion at a later date).

Given the photos of my almost stock bike, what do you think would look better:

A. A black seat with standard stitching

B. A black seat with pewter silver stitching to match the color of the bike.

What does everyone think?

I vote "B". It'll stand out.

+1 on the silver stitching.
I think it would look awesome.

Default C&C seat

Get the all black. C&C makes a great product but I think even Chuck would tell you to stay with the black. If your gonna frequently ride it the stitching will discolor and become dark. You can get away with colored stitching on a seat that won't see much use. I admit that the colored stitching might look cool. It won't look so good after repeated uses.
Having said all that you won't be unhappy with a C&C. Great product. Great to deal with and incredible delivery time.

Can I vote tomorrow? I'm going to see Chuck in the morning. Have a C&C solo now and love it but now I'm thinking of a solo with backrest.

I'll check out the contrast stitiching and vote then (as if anyone really cares)

Peace,

Primo

I wouldn't install anything but a C&C seat these days. Call Chuck, customer service is also second to none. Here is a Flamed Leather Fastback on my '09 SG....Putt
