no...there is 2 one for each side....the main reason I went with them is to hide the top struts.

OK....that's what I meant, 1 per side......so they do work on FLH models??? You didn't have to do anything special???? Their site says they will work on FLT's with frame mods....I assume the frame mod is removal of the rear grab bar

Here are the installation instructions: http://www.cyclevisions.com/mediafiles/cv7250.pdf

you do have to cut about an 1" off the ends of the frame struts, also if you have a street glide you have to cut the side fillers off if you want to keep the light on the bottom of fender.
