On the '09 touring bikes are there any starting delays with the new PCV?

I added the PC V to my bike after installing the Rinehart slip ons and Big sucker. The map it came with nailed it right on. No hesitations, no starting problems. Runs great throughout the RPM span. Personally I do not think the autotune is needed unless you plan on doing more to your bike than the stage 1. I am contemplated a 103 maybe next winter, if so I will definetely put the autotune on then.
