I ride with a HJC but I get the mushroom head thing, with my over goggles I look damn good..LOL. I just don't look at myself in the mirror.
I really like the Vega very comfortable. Did a lot of research before I bought it and it appeared to be about the smallest DOT helmet besides the ACC. It was 1/3 the cost of ACC so I went for it.

I am thinking about ordering a carbon, but have found 2 complanies that have ACC in thier site:
www.carbonfiberhelmets.com and www.carbonfiberbikerhelmets.com.
Now I am trying to see which one to order from since they both appear to have the exact same product and pricing. .....Wonder if they are the same company but advertise different due to various publications.
They are the same company, I asked the same question when I was talkin to them because of the 2 dif websites, but they told me one side is for wholesale and the other retail. Same helmets though.

Seer mod. S1602 I've had HJC, and Shoei. The Seer is a little heavier but is a better fit for me. Have the comm. ears and the Cool Head. Very cool and comfortable. It has the knap strap which makes it even more stable in the wind. Sits lower on my head and a much narrower profile. No "mushroom head".

I was considering the carbon fiber but I found a Vega for much less and good quality.

Seer - very comfortable. Worn by a lot of police motor officers. Not cheap but a lot of customization can be done.
