Default EGLIDEGOODIES Radio Control adapter

Anyone have any info on the Sony radio control adapter from Eglidegoodies? It's the same type of product that Biketronics puts out that enables your stock handlebar controls to work with the Sony Radios. It's cheaper than the Biketronics kit and seems to be a plug and play item. Anyone using this for their radio setup??

gliderman,
Sorry, not familiar with the eglidegoodies unit. I have the biketronics Retro Radio kit, Sony CDX50M, and Hogtune speakers on my 06 FLHT and I'm very pleased with it. Everything works, including the automatic volume control.

glideerman,
I believe they're the same unit, and the biketronics is $195.00, actually $4.00 cheaper than the $199.00 the one at eglidegoodies.

I have the Biketronics unit in my 94 Ultra. I love the unit! Well worth the money, not to mention that the people at Biketronics ROCK with their customer service!!!

Under the products page, click on the Amplifiers/speakers/radio adapters and you will see the product I'm referring to. Part #HSA150...

eglidegoodies does not make anything. They only complied a bunch of stuff from different sources to make it one stop shopping for touring bikes.

They are no longer in operation.

Bulletin: To our good customers/riders: Due to a medical issue within our staff (not motorcycle related)...eGlideGoodies is temporarily closed to new orders. Prior and current order shipments are continuing. We hope to be back up and online very soon.

Update: A sincere "Thank you" to all of our valued customers/riders who have expressed concern through your emails. Progress is moving along relative to this medical issue (not motorcycle related) and we plan to be fully back up and online around the end of August, also with an assortment of new products to introduce.

Eglide Goodies web site indicates they are temporarily not taking new orders due to a staff medical issue. Are you suggesting this is not a temporary situation?

Well that is good to hear. I love your website for one stop shopping and have recommended it to several friends of mine. As far as this "lier" or liar bit. The only thing I said is that they sale things found in other places. I have not seen anything that they themselves manufacture. Also, they are no longer in operation. Now, if they become operable in the future, that is good, but as of this writing, they are not in operation. I look forward to seeing them up and running again and plan to make some purchases from them in the near future.

I bought a couple of funnels for changing oil from them. One goes under the oil filter and the other goes in the primary case. Both funnels are worth their weight in gold, if you change your own oil. However, I saw them on eglidegoodies first, and thus form bought them there, I have seen these same items elsewhere. The only reason I buy from eglidegoodies is because they have several different items for my bike, and I don't have to go to multiple places to try to locate them.

And yes, we understand this thread is old, but I guess we shocked it back to life. It's ALIVE!!! (little Frankenstein for you)
