OIL Question - Don't Yell
Okay I have a question, please dont yell at me or tell me to do a search. I live in a small town with no bike shops near by. Can I use Mobile 1 synthectic in all 3 holes, or does it have to be Mobile 1 V Twin? I understand that I need the heavier Mobile 1 in the tranny. But what about the crank and primary?

You can use regular Mobile 1 synthetic in 2 holes, Mobile 1 synthetic V-Twin in all 3.
Do not use regular Mobile 1 in your primary. It's fine for the engine and tranny. You may use the V-Twin formula in your primary. The V-Twin and regualr formulas have different amounts of additives. The additives in the regular formula (for cars) are too slippery for your clutch plates, and will cause slippage.

Exactly, the motorcycle oils are usually designed to be wet clutch compatible, which means they don't contain friction modifiers. You may or may not have problems if used in the primary.
