pay your local HD shop a visit and ask for a rough quote on parts & labor for the upgrade. My RKC already had a 95 kit installed when I bought it, very noticeable increase in power (SOTP only, no dyno charts on hand) compared to my old '02 RK.

My bro-n-law has a 95" in his '02 RG...he leaves my 88" '02 RKC standing at stop lights. Probably worth it if you think you need the extra power.

While is costs more, you might want to consider a cam change instead as your first step. I had a set of Andrews 21g cams installed this January and it really woke up my 2001 Roadking. The Max. Torque increased from 80.03 to 92.26 and Max Power from 66.81 to 73.43 - PLUS I am forever rid of the cam chain tensioner problems. Next winter, I plan on finishing the build by going to the 95". This will be the exact engine buiild prescribed by Joe Minton. So far, I am VERY PLEASED with the results.

Unless you want to split cases and spend cash, I'd go with a 95", a decent cam for the 95", headwork and a good tune.
