Default Saddlebag Retainer Wire

For the guys who are using the clevis pin & cotter pin to secure your saddlebags, did you remove the wire that secures the OEM saddlebag twist pins. If so, how did you do it??

Yes,it is real easy,take a screwdriver and pry it off.It is a spring type clip and will slide off.
