Rinehart Baffles?

Rinehart Baffles?
I have a horrible rattle inside one of my rinehart TD mufflers. I read that someone on here had to replace these a couple times. My questions is, do I just remove the old baffle and install a new one or does the whole muffler need replaced? And how is rinehart warranty dept dealing with this issue. I have not torn it apart yet to really see what is causing the rattle, probably later today. Any help is appreciated.

I have a similar rattle in my Krusher duals. I still need to take them out to fix them. If not covered under warranty you can take them out and flare out the inner end to fit tight in the pipe. This is known as an interference fit, although very non high tech at best in a muffler. If you didnt have a tail pipe expander you could use a ball pein hammer and widen the end a bit to stop the rattle.
