Does anyone make any bars that are a little narrower at the bottom of bars?

Default Comfort King

I had the same issue, bought a pair of 10" rise baby apes cheap from jpcycles. stock cables reached with a little rerouting and reshaping bends for front brake line. Comfort level up 100% plus making sharp u turns is a lot easier. I also cut the front stock floorboard mounts down as much as I could and drilled new holes for the pivot bolt to flatten the floorboard angle for more leg room/knee angle. Changed the brake pedal too so reach is better. Installed Kuryakin long cruise arms with switchblade pegs and now have a long legged comfortable ride. Why does HD think everybody is 5'-10"???

Do you ever wish you'd gone with the 14"? I love the 12.5's on your bike, it looks great.
I just wonder if I'll be wishing I'd gone with the 14 inch after installing the 12.5 inch!? Hell, I'd like to go with 16 inch apes on my EGC, but I haven't seen enough to know what I want (as troop said, you have to be sure before you empty the wallet).
Do 16" apes look good on a Classic? Anyone have any pics? I like 16 inch apes on Fatboys, Softail Customs, RKs, etc., but do they really look good on touring models (with fairing)?

I've had my 21" bars on for over 6 years and wouldn't trade them for anything. I'm 6'2" with extremley long legs. I do get hassled by various police enough where I considered stepping down. Arms don't get tired but when it rains water rolls down my arms.

You might be uncomfortably wet, but at least you'll look cool.

I'm looking at a set of PYO 1 inch bagger bars. 12 inch end rise. Any reviews? The price is right. $100 everywhere I look and my Drag dealer says he can get me a black set for $80. They're nothing fancy, just a basic 12 inch ape hanger. Is there a benefit to the thicker bars? All my apes in the past on my sporties have been the standard 1".

Oh, sorry to forget. I'm a dumb ape as well. Had them on every bike for the past 12 years. Lol
