Default Ultracool Oil Cooler

This was brought up a while ago and I would like to know if anyone is using an Ultracool oil cooler. Or if you have any experiences with the company. It is an oil cooler and fan in one unit. Looks like it could solve 2 problems at once.

Looking at the photos, how do you get to the oil filter?

It mounts on the front where the voltage regulator is, it's nowhere near the oil filter.

It looks like it would be a PITA getting to the filter with the lowers on my Ultra. Looks like the whole front would be sealed.

Looks interesting. It says the fan automatically kicks in when the oil hits 210 degrees which means for my climate it would be on all the time. Depending on how loud/annoying the fan is, it would be nice to be able to turn it off and on manually.

OK...question! Do ya really think we'd here the fan over our engines and exhaust? If so...it must be a turbo prop cooling fan! Sorry....couldn't resist!
