Any one have any expereince with a good route/s between York Pa and Rt 6 in northern Pa. Hopefully towards the pocono's but our main goal is to hit Route 6 west and come back thru the endless mountains to Lake Erie. Don't want any interstate, but don't want to stop in traffic every 5 min going thru a town. Any suggestions?

 

From York to go on 74 West (Carlisle), 34 North, 274 East, 15 North, 104 North, 45 East (Lewisburg), 15 North (again for the 2nd time), 44 West (Jersey Shore), 220 North, 287 North which will connect you to Route 6 and meet 97 which will lead you to Erie, Pa.
