Sorry to hear about it.

My suggestion would be to go to court. Maybe the judge will be nicer and let you off on a lesser charge.

I hear you and I understand what you are saying............... but try to keep in mind that you were speeding. Most all of us do it at least from time to time. I personally do it almost everytime I drive.

You got caught. Suck it up and pay the ticket. Don't complain that you didn't get another break. I have to assume that if you are anything like me, even though you have no tickets on your record for several years, it doesn't mean this is the first time you have broke the speed limit in all of those years.

If you are not like me and this was the first and only time you have broken the speed limit in all of those years, I wish you would have gotten your first break in all these years and didn't have to pay the ticket.

If you have the time, go to court and appeal the ticket. I've seen judges look at a record not even close to as good as yours (34 years without a ticket is amazing) and just dismiss the ticket. Normally say there had to me a mistake with the radar equipment, if you haven't had a ticket in 34 years. Very common around here in southeastern Wisconsin.

I got a 95 in 65 on my SG. Took the deferal program and 2 more weeks and it's gone like it never happened except the $252.00 it cost for the deferal program. Good luck in court.
