The SERT has been upgraded to the SEST or Super Tuner. In any event both the SERT and SEST are better than Fuelpak because you can tune with it and it has more options for the tuner.

sest is expensive and u need a good tuner ( these are few and far) it will do the most if your planning a major build but is hard to tune.fuel pack does very little and uses settings that v&h keep secret as to what these settings really do.pc does almost as much as sest better price and if ordered from fuelmoto u will get a good map future maps fpr free if u do upgrades and has the ability to add a self tuning module.

Sert is not the easiest to tune, but once you can grasp what this software can do, you are not limitless. I use Dayton Twin Tec II+ for my tuning, which utilizes wide ban o2 sensors. You set up you afr to where you want and the twin tec will tell you how much fuel to add or take out. Then you can hook up you laptop and record all parameters from the ecm using SERT and dial away any pinging. I came from a Mikuni 42 to FI draging my feet. I am here to tell you I am on the FI bandwagon. I still alot to learn, but I am here to tell you SERT is not that hard to master, just need a little time.

molsen i agree but most guys will take it to the dealer get a medeocor tune for a lot of dollars fuel moto packages offer a lot of bang for the buck and are almost plugg and play and there customer service is good (not the same for many dealers)and pc is more user freindly and will do as much as the others.

Default Hd sert

Come to find out my buddy uses the HD SERT and has been able to make his 07 EGC run better then new and better then HD dealer could do with a dyno, pretty much threw his money out the window by letting the dealer tune it first time around. He say's a little practice has made him pretty apt at setting up his bike. He say's cooler, smoother, better drivability, better power, all around improvement . Oh well thanks for the help.

Have a FuelPak on my RG and a PCiii on my Warrior. The PCiii is more user-friendly for programming. But, again, at a cost. Like them both for each application. My RG with stage 1 does great with just the FuelPak. My Warrior is my beast, and I like to play with the settings on the PCiii. Plus, I look oh so cool with my laptop hooked into my bike. I know ridiculous. But, it is fun to play with the settings once you have a bike dynoed.
