Rear ended and survived

Werner Rd at Elkhorn
Holy crap man, glad your all good. This wasn't over by Prundale on the 101 was it. I went through there about 4 or 5 pm tonight and the highway was shut down from a accident on the Northbound side. All I could see was a black SUV, ambulance, and CHP. Things can get replaced but bodies can not. Take it easy
No we were at Werner at Elkhorn by the body shop at the bottom of the hill about 11:45 AM just outside Pajaro by Watsonville.
You must be local. I live in Seaside was taking the long way to Mtry County Harley to look for floorboard extensions.
Won't be using that road for awhile unless in cage.
You are right though about the bodies - mine is too broken in to trade in.
My wife is a real trooper though. Got right back on and wanted to still ride. I love this woman !!
Take care all and thanks for all the kind words.

RE: rear ended
Happy to hear you and your wife were not hurt bad. Had a simular accident a year ago. Going home from a chapter ride I was at a stop light and got a feeling that someone might run the light when it changed. I was right, but when I hesitated to go guy behind me hit me and I dropped the bike. I just kind of walked off of it. It was an '06 35th anniversary eddition superglide. The guy helped me up with the bike and I told him we could go across the street to exchange info. I didn't think of getting his license plate number right then. I went across the street, as the bike sounded bad from the fender rubbing the rear tire, and after I got there and looked around, he was gone. The bike was in the shop about 6 months, but I had my other one. People just don't pay attention any more.
