I bought a set of jackpot pipes for my 09 Ultra last month. The right pipe bluesd at the collector on the way to Daytona. I called Keith and he said.."no problem..We will have a new pipe sent out to you asap".
That is amazing customer service to me. Ive never heard of any exhaust company standing behind thier pipes not bluing.
So for those of you that are on the fence, should I get Rush or Jackpot...easy decision for me

I bought a pc from them. won it on ebay for an EXTREMELY good price. even lower then their already VERY good price direct. Just co-ordinating payment and shipping was seamless.
Can't wait to install it. I never had to zero out throttle position on a pc so I was concerned about it on my 08 flht.
They told me: "pft-you shouldn't have to zero it out but IF you do, call and we'll talk you through it. No problems. btw-when you add new mods make sure you check with us for an updated map...we spend a lot of time to get different set ups correct"
Me: "oh, cool-how much do you charge for access to your data base of maps"
Them: "ah- nothing....it's part of being our customer...we support your purchase 100%"
