I have one on my 96 FLSTC and only on the front because the rear wheel is mostly covered by the bags. I love the classic look and get lots of compliments on my bike.

Got it off a guy on ebay couple a years ago.
I kept my last worn out Metzler www just in case I wanted to try to make one. Looks like the hardest part is cutting the thing in half cleanly.

 

Does anyone know if the 93 through 96 nostalgia, also known as MooGlide came with the engraved tires. Some say they did. I'd love to know for sure.

 

Ok, for the record, only the 93 Nostalgia was know as the Moo Glide ( also called cow glide), had the Holstein ( black & white) inserts in seat, saddlebags and windshield bag...yes I had one and let it get away....
As for the tires, no...just the standard WWW tires...I don't think the engraved ones were available in 93...

The 94 had black angus inserts...
