Thanks for the feedback, I will definately use it. Just a point of clarification...I typed ...."cable till the lever hit the throtle..." but had a monentary lapse of thought...I ment the handgrip near the clutch lever...good catch.
Here's a follow up on my first reply. Loosen the cable adjuster until the clutch lever touches the grip, then undo the locknut and back the set screw out just a little and then turn it in until you feel it touch (while doing this you should see the clutch lever start working its way back to its normal position) when it touches, back it out 1/2 turn, hold it there and lock the locknut down. Give your clutch lever 3-4 pumps to set it and then at that point most of the slack should be out of the cable. Then go back to the cable adjusters and adjust them until you achieve your clearance at the clutch perch.
