How much are your feet and ankles worth? $300 for a pair of boots that will protect you and last 10 years or more is a pretty good deal in my book. ATGATT

Everyone's feet are different... find a boot that fits you best and stick with them. thats what i have done over the years...I wear Chippawa boots for riding and Danner's for work

If you want western boots. Tony Lama 3R and TLX series are all rubber soles and I think all Ariat's have rubber soles. I wear Tony Lama all the time, riding or not.
