this is a great thread for those of us aren't comfortable with the stock seat. my 08 streetglide seat looks cool, but is useless as is the stock windshield. i bought a sundowner and was thoroughly disappointed. the foam crushed down to nothing and it was very ugly too. then i found an 09 roadglide seat from a fellow forum member in the classifieds section. i like the roadglide seat far better than sg seat or the sundowner. even the stitching of the stock roadglide seat lines up with the tank console, and does not look dorky at all, matter of fact, it looks great on the bike. sits great too, but it also crushes down after hours of riding. my next seat is going to be the corbin, probably something like a dual tour. thanks for starting this thread. very imformative.
