Default Is your fairing on straight ?

I mentioned here last week that my fairing is a little off to the right not much but just enough to bug me. Dealer says there's no way to adjust it WTF for $23K the fairing should be straight, is yours straight? Other than that it's one hell of a scooter

That sucks!

If it is any consolation, and I am sure it's not, the tank emblems on my RKC are not in the same place on both sides...one of them is further forward than the other. And like you, it bothers me!

My bike must have come off the line at 5:01pm on the Friday before Labor Day weekend?

My 2007 Ultra is the same way. But, she has been in an accident. There was another thread about this the other day. It must be common. Now I don't feel so bad about it. Where is HD quality control? Is it because the road leans to the right?

While riding down the [flat] road my 07 fairing is turned just a wee bit to the right, can hardly tell. My 09 on the other hand is turned WAY over to the right. The fairing and the handlebars are turned. I've played with the handlebar bushings, the fairing, the rear axle etc. Cannot fix it, only made it a little bit better.

The 09 has no frame/engine alignment adjustment that you could use to correct this so I guess it's staying that way 4-ever. Sucks but I'll live with it.

I have noticed that on mine as well. It wasn't real noticable.

My '09 RG is perfect - I rented an '06 RG w/ a crooked fairing - I know what you mean, it drove me nuts the entire time I had it.
