While drooling over the RG for over a year I noticed that every one of them had the fairing on crooked. When I finally did the purchase on the bike, it was sight unseen because it was in Georgia. I got lucky because it's the only one I've seen that isn't crooked.

Mine is also crooked to the right......The fairing that is. Noticed it after a service. I also notice when looking down at the forks while riding that they are not straight. However, the bike tracks straight hands off, and there's no unusual wear on the tires...So I just ride it.

The first salesman I pointed it out to said "My God man, it ain't gonna be perfect"..........Obviously, he thought it was minor, but it and his attitude made me go elsewhere. IMO, for $20k they shouldn't even show it until those 4 bolts are loosened up and the fairing straightened. I believe it could be enough reason for a new customer to opt out for another model.

Loosened the 4 bolts that hold the front turn sigs, strattled and held the front wheel with my legs and yanked the right side of the fairing just in front of the RH mirror. Tightened it up, went to test it and WALAAA it's straight as an arrow I feel better now. Dealer said no adjustment must have had DOOKIE for lunch

I've had two fairing bikes and both was crooked. One not much but my 07 was enough I couldn't stand it so I worked on it and made it much better. I always look at the fairing on new bikes at the dealer and most are not straight. A few are so bad I couldn't put it out on the floor if I was a dealer, I would fix it first.
