I just bought a 2005 Road King classic! sweet handling bike. my first ever! I been reading these forums for the last three months non stop.
Dude,
I AM STOKED!!!
LETS RIDE!!!
Congrats on the new bike. Do yourself a favor and take a good rider safety course, some good riding gear, and the HD service manual. Too many new riders crash their bikes because they don't know how to ride safely, or suffer more severe injuries for lack of good riding gear. The Service Manual you will help you keep your ride reliable and save you many $$$ if you do some of the work yourself.
thanks for the advice, i took riders edge at Earl Smalls in January. great class. and as far as im concerned... ATGATT. I rode with the guy i bought it from today. i got on his *** cause he just threw on a flannel shirt and no gloves. Its OK, im his doctor so i can fuss at him hahaha.
