i know the 09 is a great ride, and it has a lot of neat new features that the 08 doesn't have........ BUT........ i sure am proud of my 08 UC. By all other standards it is the bike to have. You can't go wrong with either one.

 

by harley standards, 08 and prior models are old tech and 09 is all new in many area's. i own an 07 and if i were to trade would definately trade for an 09 even if costing more. resale will be higher on the 09 and newer. to me its a no brainer!
