I would say 16's.You can roll them forward or back to how ever you feel more comfortable.I used to have them pretty much straight up,but since i'm using the windshield alot until summer atleast i have them slightly back just enough to clear the shield.Still extremely comfortable.

If they're already on the bike, why not just try them out for awhile. If you don't like them, swap them out for something you find more comfortable. Most people that have apes seem to like them.

Wild 1's Chubby Apes! These are the most comfortable bars I have ever experienced. They come in lots of sizes. I have the 10" , I'm 5'7".

6'3" tall here. My 16" apes put my hands right about shoulder height. I've had apes on most of my bikes and wouldn't have it any other way.

Congratulations on choosing the 07 over the 05. Those look like 16" apes which are probably the most popular size going by posts on these forums. Shoulder height or a little above sounds about perfect. Don't worry about your hands going numb if they are above your heart. Your head is above your heart, does it go numb?

Try 'em for a while and if you don't like them you can change them out. But you will probably like them. Good luck and nice looking ride.
