Here is a picture of my bike with the original stand, can you tell how it is compared to your orginal verses the new one?
Had mine done. It makes a huge difference. Highly recommend it. Much easier to get up off the jiffy stand when parked. At this rate I might be able to go another year before I have my hip replacement.

I've noticed on mine that the bike tends to roll forward on the stand and the stand looks to be behind the center (towards rear wheel) and looks like another 1/4" and it's gonna fall over. I can't start it and let it idle unless i'm on the bike

LAME!!!!!!

only 2 complaints I have about my bike are the stand and the speakers... other than that. All Good!

Default what about 99's?

My 99 UC looks like its gonna fall over everytime i get off the durn thing and wife and I have developed a kind of weight transfer ballet to get it off the stand when its parked-anyone know if this bracket can be put on an older one to stand it up a bit?

Happy trails!

Always thought mine leaned over much further than my 06. Even has scared me a couple of times thinking I didn't have jiffy down. Also have thought bike has rocked forward while on stand..leaving me thinking it was not locked. Each time it was ok. Will have to check into..thanks Dawg

I'm probably going to put in for this also...my bike leans WAY to far over. I just replaced the spring on the last trip (stupid thing broke in the middle of a tight turn and the kick stand started flopping).
