A California Duster, Plexus, Pledge or a detailer spray will work.
Whatever you do, just don't dry wipe your paint.

I've used a swiffer duster when I have just a light coat of dust....works great.

California Duster (the Dash Version is a smaller, easier to manuever unit) followed by some Meguiars quick detailer and a nice microfiber towel.

If it is really dusty and not dirty I just give a quick rinse with the hose. Those California Dusters have never really worked good for me.
