I bought a DNA 21''x3.5'' 80 spoke wheel for my roadglide I'm building. I'm happy with it, it runs true and the price is a big plus. As far as quality goes, compared too my brothers American Wire wheels, his wheels have a little thicker spoke( but the DNA spokes are polished better) and the chrome plating on the hub is a little better. With the dual rotors on the touring models the DNA hub looks fine. The chrome plating on both of the rims are about the same in quality. DNA wheels are D.O.T. approved.

The wheels on mine are DNA 60 spokes. 18x4.25 rear and 21x3.5 front. I haven't had an ounce of trouble with them since I got them mounted up. Mine are also tubeless.

I bought the DNA mamoth spoke wheels 21x3" front and 18x3.5" rear for $835 shipped from a seller on ebay, have had no issues but had to get a new front fender as mine wouldn't fit with the 21" rim and venom tires.
