My 04 RG has valve train noise as the oil get burn or old. With some fresh oil the noise will be less. I have try to have the dealer do something but they will want to here it when cold or after oil change tell me it OK. If I cook the oil in a heated traffic day and that oil will not be very good after that day. And I will get the noise back time after time. Change the oil noise will leave.

Also seems normal to me, I have a 00EGC. My press at 60mph is about 28psi and at a red light in the hot summer it's down around 5psi. Welcome to the forum.
