Default Battery draining

On my Ultra classic my battery will slowly drain, are their any known issues that I should check first. It is charging well and has a new Odysee battery last year, but if I leave it for 3-4 days it will not turn over.

Thanks

Get an H-D Battery is none better ... The original H-D Battery on my 04 Sporty is still working well although gave it to a friend when it was 5 years old thinking time to replace it ... Still cranks over like it did when new...

Get a battery tender from Wally world they are cheaper and work just as good. HD charges you twice as much. When it is parked the battery tender is on it.

Glacier, thanks for those links thats what I needed. I really see no need to put a tender on something that is sitting for only a few days if even that long. Yes it gets one in the winter but thats all. A properly working system should not need to be plugged in everyday. As for the Harley battery being the best, how many different manufacturers has Harley used in the last decade?

Well was not being a smartass just had goodluck with H-D Batteries seeing as you have an Ultra am sure means you have security and possibly a computer keeping track of other goodies as well if not a daily rider a tender may not be a bad idea.. Also I know most laugh at this try a piece of wood or hard rubber on the kickstand .. I use it and leave it a week without a tender and off she goes ..

Could be a fault in your bikes charging system. Get into Barrie HD & get it inspected!

My 08 Ultra got a dead battery after letting it sit over the winter (it got pretty cold here). I got it charged back up, and now have a battery tender junior on it (about $25 from Amazon). No problems anymore, nicely charged whenever I want to ride it.

3-4 days and it won't turn over, you have a problem. It should be able to sit 3-4 months without getting that low (not that you should do this).
What condition was the old battery in? It isn't uncommon for problems to arise in the charging system if it is run with a bad battery.
