I have had my CV with recurve now for about 10,000 miles. abolutley no issues with the old bobble head factor. Also I wear glasses with out retention straps and they are very very lite, titanium. and they stay put. I am 6 ft and 32 inch inseam and I look over my 8" shield.

At 5' 9" either shield should work great for you.

At 6' the Klockwerks hits you right at the forehead, so I would think 5' 9" would work.
The Klockwerks looks great to me. It's just too short.

I'm 6' and use a 9 1/2" Clearview with Recurve, works great.

You might consider a Wind Vest also, they have a more aggressive recurve than the CV.

Trying to get the bobble head effect to go way when I wear a half helmet, Its brutal right now with a standard 8" windshield.

BTW I'm 5'9" with a 29" inseam if that makes a difference, opinions and reviews are welcome.
I'm 5.8 and got the 6.5 recurve and love it. can see over it with no turbulence or bugs hitting my face or helmet.

I have a 6 inch smoked and a 12 inch clear view and love them both. Very well made and very clear to look thru.

Got any pics of the 6.5 on your bike? I'm really torn between the 6.5" and the 8"

8" CV recurve, Night and day difference, I can hear the radio at 60,70 mph. I was thinking of getting speakers but not sure I need to now.

I have a Clearview 8" with recurve - I am about 5' 11" with a 32" inseam. Works great - lots of visability and only feel a little wind on the top of my helmet at over 75 mph or so.

Default +1 CV re-curve

I went with 8in recurve, love it. Big improvement over HD 9in stock shield. Re-curve shield doesn't wobble in the wind, neither does my head, or vibrate at idle while parked. For the ultimate in cold weather wind reduction...add the fairing wings(lets), fixed, not adjustable, and really feel the difference.
