Default 08 Touring ABS brake longevity?

Today I pulled both my wheels to change out tires later on this week. Inspected both front and rear caliber pads and noticed rear pads were getting thin (still within specs) with the front edges were chipped up on both pads? Mileage on bike is now at 13,200. I will change out the rear pads due to the chipping of front edges.

I've always thought that the front pads would need changed out first since they do the majority of braking? Mine look like they'll make through the 2009 season with no problems.

What type of mileage did you get out your 08 Brembo brake pads before changing them out? I'm not sure if bringing up that mine are ABS or not has anything to do with the longevity of service. Thanks.

I got 15k on the rears before I changed them. The fronts are still on and still good.

On my 06 ultra, I changed the rears twice before changing the front...
