blippin the throttle on the newer fuel injected models will cause a very high idle problem. then ya gotta cycle through the on off on off, etc to clear it back to being correct speed. blipping the throttle does something that is injurious also to cylinder/piston mating surfaces. the raw fuel washes oil from the cylinder walls. dry starting a motor ain't no good. do what ya want, keith at fuelmoto said to ignore the light and hit the starter just after you turn on the ignition, that's after i installed my pc-v though. and mine started hard till i talked with the guys at fuelmoto. hope this helps.
