Frankly, 2006streetglide, IMHO, yours is a better package... Not that you were fishing for comments and kudos [were you???], but the details on your bike make it a much tighter and more fluid combo. Bike well done...

 

tphillips - truthfully I'm not a huge fan of the solid Black Cherry (ie; on the Street Glide) but there is something about the way RaceBizz's bike looks. All the chrome that makes the color more appealing to me.

I appreciate the comment on my bike. I wasn't fishin' for props on my SG because what I may like the next guy doesn't so I don't get offended if people are not fond of my SG or anything on it. However, I'll be the first to stand up and commend someone on a job well done even if it isn't my taste.

I've learned over the years not to be so negative or too vocal about most things. Because more than likely they usually come back to bite me in the azz later down the road (ie; I used to ride a crotch rocket CBR 600RR and I swore up and down I'd never own a Harley - look at me now)

 

06..gotta ask cause your bike is also one of my favorites on here, but do you just happen to like tall antenna on your bike or do you have another reason for keeping the whip?

 

It's nice. The ride will suffer with those wheels, they do look nice though.

 

GliderXXX - actually I like the look of the whip antenna. I think it fits the look of the bike. I cut my stock one down to about 22 inches a couple weeks back and regreted it minutes after doing it. The next day I was on the phone looking for a OE unit. My local "stealer" had one in stock. That same day and $19.95 later it was on my SG.
